This Leeds based company made 185 Camels (C8301 - C8400, F5174 - F5248 & J681 - J690) plus 100 DH5s (B4901 - 4999) during WW1. Most manufacturers placed a transfer on wing struts etc - and MJ&C were no exception.
Trouble is, MJ&C aircraft were extremely camera shy, and I can't find any close up photos Cry

Does anyone know the logo design used by this company?

Yes I have. Unfortunately they have no archive of their company's previous incarnation, and less interest Unhappy

I sent the Leeds Discovery Centre an email a week ago - they seemed the best bet out of the available options. So far nothing - but at least they haven't come back (yet) to say "no" Smile

Any further bright ideas gratefully accepted ...
