Dardanelles Archive Opening

On 24 and 25 of October 2015 the RAF Museum will be opening up their London Archives to give visitors added insight into the Royal Flying Corps' contribution to the Dardanelles Campaign. Admission to this free event is by ticket only, which may be reserved via their website:

Sessions will be held in groups of 8, in the Museum's Boardroom, at 11:00 am, 12 noon, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Each session will be led by a Senior Curator, who will be happy to answer any questions about this pivotal campaign of the First World War.

A very good presentation by two knowledgeable members of staff. Many interesting artefacts were displayed including diaries, photo albums and various communications.

Overall an extremely interesting insight into the work of the Royal Naval Air Service during this period.
