The Cross and Cockade International (CCI) mailing list exists for the purpose of distributing information on First World War aviation.

It is intended that the list be used by those interested in researching any aspect of WW1 aviation history. Family researchers, modellers, aviation nuts - all are welcome to use this list as a forum for gleaning and sharing information.

It is an unmoderated list maintained by Allan Wright (aew@pease1.sr.unh.edu) on behalf of Cross and Cockade International. Any opinions posted here are those of individual contributors, not of Cross and Cockade International or The University of New Hampshire.

An unmoderated list for the discussion of information related to building models in any scale with subjects from World War One. This includes, but is not limited to:

Aeroplanes, tanks, (and other ground vehicles), figures and ships

2. WWI-L (WW1 General History)

An unmoderated list for the discussion of the history of World War One. Although the primary focus of the list is the 1914-19 time period, discussions of events leading up to the Great War and its aftermath (i.e. Balkan Wars and Russian Revolution) are also permitted and encouraged.
